All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public bank holidays).

"Processing time" refers to the period from when your order is confirmed and payment is authorised to when the package leaves our fulfilment centre.

Shipping Times and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to customers located across the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

  • Shipping Origin: Orders are dispatched from our partner fulfilment centres and warehouses.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once your order has been dispatched, the expected transit times are:

    • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

    • International Orders: 7–15 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: The estimated total time from order placement to delivery (processing + transit) is approximately:

    • United Kingdom: 6–13 business days

    • International Orders: 8–18 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and local courier efficiency.

Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all eligible orders across the UK unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. There are no hidden handling fees or unexpected delivery charges added by us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

United Kingdom Customers

For orders delivered within the UK, applicable domestic taxes are included in the final price at checkout.

International Customers

Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or other local customs fees levied by the destination country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by local customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages

zyentral.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages whose delivery has been formally confirmed by the carrier to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please double-check that all shipping details are fully accurate before confirming your purchase.
